My background is electrical engineering in Tampere University of Technology. I am Tech.Lic. and MSc. Since 1991 I have been focusing on www-technologies to enhance education. In practise it means how to use eLearning in training and education. I have also given lectures and kept tens of different courses. I am pedagogically qualified teacher. I have trained thousands of people and created and kept tens of different eLearning courses for adults using moodle and other eLearning services.
